“New this Year, Fashion Show Featuring Stylish Hospital Gowns from Starlight’s Ward + Robes Program Partner Nuvango

Toronto (November 3, 2016) – High tea, high fashion and glittering tiaras are coming to the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto as Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada holds its 3rd annual Tea & Tiaras fundraiser. Presented by Bloom Lanys and hosted by the CBC News’ Suhana Meharchand, the event will take place on Sunday, November 13, 2016 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Fairmont Royal York Hotel’s Concert Hall.

Tea & Tiaras, which raises funds in support of in and out-of-hospital programing for seriously ill children, will feature a delectable array of gourmet treats and custom blended tea by Executive Chef Robert Mills. Starlight children will also have an opportunity to strut their stuff on the catwalk in clothing from Nuvango, a renowned local designer.

It’s a tremendous event and we’re excited to be collaborating with Nuvango this year to debut the launch of our new Ward + Robes program which will see specialized hospital gowns designed by artists for kids visiting the hospital.”
