Hey, guess what, friends? I’ve signed on to be a Bayer ambassador this year, so that means a couple things: for starters, it means I’ll have lots of fantastic product giveaways for you all! Secondly, it means I won’t have to pay for my own Midol for months, and that alone makes it all worthwhile. 😉

Now let’s move on to the real topic at hand: it’s January, and that means it’s resolution time.
But come on. How long do resolutions last? Far less time than the guilt for breaking them does, that much I know. So why don’t we make a few realistic ones instead of deciding to change ourselves inside and outside in a mere 12 months? I’m going to start with just taking better care of myself in general. Little things. Like starting with how I’ll recover from the excess of the holiday season. I feel worn down after the holiday season, and it’s time to rejuvenate.
(Sure, these are not drastic ideas, but I’m ok with baby-stepping’.)
