The #ShowMeYourBrave Project started with a simple question: “What is the bravest, scariest, or most intimidating thing you’ve ever done?” asked of Facebook friends. The response was so overwhelming that I extended the question to the general public via this project.
The idea is to feature everyday bravery, to highlight how amazing, resilient, and brave humans are. Bravery comes in many shapes and sizes — each act matters. Some people have held the hands of loved ones as they died, some have faced fears, some have been resilient through tragedies of all kinds. . .
By sharing our experiences, we find others who have been through the same, and give them the power to see their strength, too. Sharing brings us together.
